 Di and Caroline contacted me out of the blue when I was contemplating whether I was capable of setting up my own business as
a Virtual Assistant. They got me kick started and provided encouragement that convinced me that it was an achievable goal.
They spoke to me at length about what was involved and provided me with a detailed questionnaire and accompanying instruction
book. The instructions were clear and concise and by answering the questions I was providing text for my website. It also made me
think about every aspect of my business; what clients I wanted to work for, what services I could give, what sort of a person I am, for
example. I found this a challenge because I am new to the business world but Di and Caroline were always available by email if I had any
questions.
I remained on their minds and after less than a week working on the website document, I had a courtesy email to find out how I was getting
on. This made me feel that they really cared about getting my website up and running quickly and that they were genuinely there if I needed
their help.
Once I had returned the completed document it should have taken about 7 days to go live but 4 days later they had it all done and I was able to
proof read it. By the end of that day my website went live. I was really pleased with this service. They kept the project
moving at speed, kept me interested, kept us in touch and above all got the job done.
To choose the style of my website, I was given ten templates of different designs. It wasn’t a difficult choice to pick one but I was more
than happy with the chosen style. The end product looks professional, shows an understanding about businesses and will hopefully attract
the right clients.
Following the proof read, I had a few alterations and questions that they responded to instantly and I am delighted with the finished
product. There was a misunderstanding between Di and Caroline about one aspect but they quickly provided an explanation and apology and it
was no longer an issue. These are two very professional ladies with a passion for administrative work and helping others. I feel very
privileged to have them on board to help me get started.
